Vilonia Party Room is a new, versatile event space for all occasions.
With a rustic, cozy atmosphere and flexible layout, our venue is ideal for birthdays, showers, celebrations, meetings, photo sessions,
game nights, reunions, private gatherings and community events.
Pictured above is a basic party set up for a 2 or 4 hour event. You may either rent or bring in your own extra tables, chairs and decor items to use in the full 1,200 sq ft. facility during your rental time. 2 6ft Tables and 12 chairs to accommodate seated guests + an 8 ft table for food will come with every booking. We provide a speaker available for music and party lights available if you wish to use them for a more lively atmosphere. We also have extra decorating materials and a step ladder ready for your use so you can fully transform the space if you wish to!

Why Book Vilonia Party Room?
Besides having a nice, clean space to host events in, we are also honored to have our very own Party Stylist, Dilennys, with Caribe Party Designs who can custom decorate your party needs with balloons, decor and extra rental options! She adds class and professionalism to any event to really pull all your visions together.
We highly recommend working with her once your party is booked.

What is included?
Use of the full 1,200 sq ft. facility - 2 6ft Tables and 12 chairs to accommodate seated guests + an 8 ft table for food. Availability will go through Amber so message her anytime at viloniapartyroom@gmail.com
ALSO INCLUDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: table decor clip on stand + 2 6ft tall balloon stands (holds 20 balloons each) + electric balloon air pump + 2 drink dispensers + food platers + white desert trays + silverware caddy + 24 metal hooks for hanging decor on the ceiling + push pins for hanging decor on the walls + use of our TV (for slideshows or music).

An in-person tour of the party room can be scheduled prior to booking online. Once you decide to book, it is a $100 hold-the-date fee (non-refundable) that will go towards your total booking cost and remaining balance which will be due in full the day before your event.

YES!! Dilenny's is our in-house PARTY PRO and is absolutely amazing. Not only does she have rentals for you if you need them, she can also visualize your goals and will have just what you need to elevate your party experience. From a variation of styles of backgrounds, balloon creations, extra tables and chairs, table lines, to extra table decor, she has accumulated so much from other wedding and parties, and she is more than happy to rent to you for your event - so that is one part of the party you don't have to worry about!
